In fear Charley was to drive them apart, Ruby pled with Tobus that they leave the country. Believing she had Tobus persuaded that they go, she set the night of the community Halloween party for them to leave, but Tobus never came.

Mary Margaret Jensen has been writing short stories since she was a child. Now a widow, she resides in New Mexico and has one son and two daughters. This is her first published book.
